  | Product Warranty — The warranty period for the product equipment starts from the date of final acceptance and lasts for six months. Within this period, any damage to the product caused by inherent quality issues will be repaired free of charge. For damages caused by human error during the warranty period, only the cost of replacement parts will be charged. After the warranty period, services will incur charges for parts costs, labor, and travel expenses.
Technical Support — The supplier is responsible for technical guidance during the installation, commissioning, and trial production process after the equipment is in place at the customer's site. The supplier will also provide free training to the customer's operators and maintenance personnel, ensuring they can operate the equipment, perform maintenance and upkeep, change product varieties, and troubleshoot common equipment issues.
